Drive Time in India

The streets are already a mad house. Cars, motor bikes, rickshaws, bicycles, not to mention the pedestrians, homeless, cows, and wild dogs. I just can't imagine adding 650 more new cars to the road each day! And not only new cars but millions of inexperienced drivers. Drivers who are (without caution) handed a license, or who fanagle their way into a license, ones who have no sense of driving or regard for traffic laws (even though veteran drivers don't either).
